Meet Cody Dowell. As a recent graduate from a Certificate IV in Interior Decoration course, she has always had a keen interest in using colour to her benefit, in both her art and her design.

Now in 2016, she hopes to develop a career she can enjoy and share with other lovers of art and colour.
